New - Belt Loop connectors
Wallet chain connectors, belt loop connectors now in the shop in two versions. A 1" and a 3/4" with two different quality clasps.
The leather is cow (side) from the Horween tannery in black and No.8 tan.
These are gorgeous leathers.
Horween produce it using a bark retannage which is further hot stuffed with their secret blend of natural oils and greases developed since 1905. The Chromexcel is characterized by a rich pull-up in full aniline, hand rubbed finishes.
This "pull-up" can be seen at it's best in the No.8 tan hide where the colour characteristics can change giving a lighter contrast (pull-up) at folds.
I'll be using these leathers on a number of new pieces coming shortly.
